1. Exchange the item with another one .
2. Receive a voucher on your email that maybe used later on.

•  Please note that an Exchange request is done through phone , you call our customer service on number : 01227810352  to request an exchange.
• If the returned item didn’t meet the quality check , it wont be accepted from our side and hence will be shipped back to you.

.فى حالة عدم مطابقة شروط الجودة ، سيتم رفضها من جانبنا و بالتالى تشحن إليكم مرة أخرى *
